I've been taking selfies since before they were called selfies. Inspired by Lee Friedlander's work, I shot a ton with black and white film and my Minolta SRT101 in the 80's and 90's. I have enjoyed shooting a ton with my Lensbaby over the years. I have been re-inspired by buying myself, "In the Picture, Self-Portraits 1958-2011" for Christmas. So for 2016 I am going to challenge myself to shoot and share some Friedlander inspired selfies. I'll share them here and on Facebook and Instagram. These I shot in my neighbor's yard with my Velvet56.
