More from Watts Towers

The Watts Towers Art Center is simply awesome. Art projects from the Art Center- Rodia's hearts, our lovely guide, more shots of the towers. It is under renovation so we could not go inside the gate. Just another reason to go back.

This beats LA traffic anyday

Glad to be back in Oregon. I slept in a yurt in Molalla last night with my favorite girls. It was a great drive out there too. If I had to drive in Los Angeles everyday I would need an oxygen tank and a morphine pump in the car.

Cinegear Expo

Though the heat was ridiculous, it was a totally cool scene having a trade show outside on a movie set.

Watts Towers

Just back from LA and the Cinegear show. Before my flight this afternoon Lisa Smith and I went to Watts Towers. We were mighty impressed by Simon Rodia's masterpiece and the lovely staff at the Watts Towers Art Center. Glad to be home- minus a suitcase again alas. Third time this year.
