Held on Dec 31 each year for 25 years, the parade mostly makes fun of the year's events and
pays homage to certain folks. From top to bottom we have:
"Another Lame Brain Idea From a Lame Duck President" making fun of
George's idea to build a wall around Texas to keep Mexicans out. I think they should ship GWB
back to Texas and then build the wall to keep folks like him IN. The next two are a float paying
tribute to James Brown. The last one is "Viva Las Vegas" spoofing the Florida lottery fund supporting education.
