Ode to Oswald West

Oswald West was Oregon's 14th Governor and fought to keep Oregon's beaches public and protect natural resources.  He was also an ardent prohibitionist- I wonder how he would feel about Oregon's wine, beer and spirits boom since he passed in 1960.  Cheers, Os!
